The Power of the Breath: The way you breathe is the way you live. Most of us breathe shallowly, keeping our nervous system in a state of 'survival.' I teach you to reclaim your breath—learning to manage high-stress situations by simply changing your respiratory rhythm.

My relationship with sound began long before my certification as a Sound Healer. With a deep background in music and multi-instrumentalism, I have always known that sound is a bridge to the subconscious.

My first experience with a Gong Bath after a Kundalini practice was a revelation—a profound release of stored trauma and a descent into a deep meditative state I had never reached before.

The Science of Sound: Sound healing isn't "magic"—it's physics. Vibrational frequencies influence our Brain Waves, moving us from the frantic Beta state (stress) into the Alpha and Theta states (deep healing and creativity). In my 1:1 sessions, we use these frequencies to bypass the thinking mind and heal the body at a cellular level.

From Disconnected to
Deeply Aware.

My journey with Yoga began in 2013 with the structural precision of Therapeutic Iyengar Yoga. Before this, I lived as many of us do: moving through the world on autopilot, unaware of my body’s signals, and struggling to manage a persistent cloud of mental fog. I simply didn't know how to give my body what it truly needed to thrive.

Everything changed in 2018 during my first Teacher Training in Goa, India. Immersed in the roots of the practice, I didn’t just build physical strength! I built willpower and self-esteem. I discovered that by working with our Energy Centers (Chakras) and mastering the breath, we don't just change our posture; we change our capacity to love ourselves and others.

Over the years, I have deeply practiced and taught a wide spectrum of lineages: from the heat of Vinyasa and the discipline of Hatha, to the restorative stillness of Yin and the powerful energetic shifts of Traditional Himalayan Kriya Kundalini.

Why does this matter for you? This broad overview allows me to act as your translator. I don’t believe in a 'one-size-fits-all' approach. Instead, I help you navigate these different styles to find the one that resonates most with your body’s unique needs and your soul’s interests.

I will always be a lifelong student of Yoga. It is a lifestyle that never ends, and I continue to evolve alongside my practice every day. However, it is the fundamental knowledge gained through my intensive trainings and thousands of hours of teaching experience that allows me to hold a safe, expert space for your own transformation.

I am here to share the tools that changed my life, so you can begin to master yours.
